We calculated the retro pay that accrued before 2023 by using a spreadsheet provided by OTG that shows $340,330.68. We calculated the retro pay that accrued in the first 28 weeks of 2023 by assuming an average of 170 non-tipped OTG workers and 75 OTG tipped workers who worked an average of 32 hours a week.

The rate of interest used in calculating the amount of post-judgment interest is the weekly average 1-year constant maturity (nominal) Treasury yield, as published by the Federal Reserve System each Monday for the preceding week.
